WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>\n The Service Provider offers a 1-year partial replacement warranty on the purchased products at its premises. The delivery of products purchased through the AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D WEB STORE operated by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n
The Service Provider will dispatch the purchased and paid product against the listed delivery charge, depending on stock availability, within 2 working days after purchase. The customer will be notified by email about the dispatch.<\/p>\n
The warranty condition is the return of the faulty product to AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D Ltd. at 1097 Budapest, K\u00e9n utca 6.
The Service Provider will inspect the product within 10 working days.
If the product is free of defects, the Service Provider will return it to the customer at their own cost.
Damaged products are excluded from the warranty. In such cases, replacement or repair will take place based on a mutually agreed offer with the customer.
The repaired or replaced product will be shipped by the Service Provider to the customer’s provided address.<\/p>\n
When processing the driver’s and tachograph data, the Service Provider complies with Regulation (EC) No. 561\/2006 and Directive (2002\/15\/EC) 1988 I. Law 18\/A-L. Paragraph, and in case of legal amendments, commits to updating these until the regulation comes into force.<\/p>\n
The invoice for purchased products or ordered services will be sent by the Service Provider via email in PDF format.<\/p>\n
For delivered products, the customer may withdraw from the product purchase within 14 days from receipt of the product.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are undamaged, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the product at their own cost, in its original packaging, with the attached withdrawal statement and the printed original invoice to the address of AUT\u00d3V\u00c9D Ltd., 1097 Budapest, K\u00e9n utca 6.
The withdrawal statement must include the customer’s name, bank name, address, IBAN account number, and SWIFT code.
The Service Provider will transfer the purchase price to the customer’s specified bank account within 14 working days of receiving the product.<\/p>\n
The contract becomes valid when the service fee is successfully paid via the system\u2019s payment gateway.
For matters not regulated in this contract, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code apply.
The parties agree to submit any legal disputes to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian Pest Central District Court.
